My Photo Editing - Forest
In Peninsular Malaysia, for example, most of the highland areas are covered with this type of habitat, which is important not only in its biological richness but more for its other ecological functions. The Main Range or Banjaran Titiwangsa is an important water catchment area for the whole of Peninsular Malaysia. Many of these areas are now being developed for hydroelectric dam projects, roads and highways, and resorts. Steep slopes are sensitive areas prone to soil erosion. Disturbances in the hinterland will most certainly affect areas downstream as well.
There is a real need to put more effort in saving and protecting this precious habitat type. Fortunately, some state governments have halted land clearing for agriculture. It is vital that all remaining forest areas are protected. In this way, this valuable natural habitat can be managed on a sustainable basis.

Soyuz just for space tourists!

Russia might be getting back into the space tourism business in a big way. There’s a chance that construction will begin on a new Soyuz spaceship this year to carry just tourists up into the wide vasts of space and then to the stinky confines of the ISS. I’m jealous.
Space tourism took a back seat to ISS missions earlier this year as the US slowed its Space Shuttle program and Russia had to increase its capacity. But the head of Russia’s Energia space corporation recently stated that the construction could begin as soon as the middle of this year. You know what this means, right? Lance Bass might still be able to fulfill his dream.
High-Speed Train 2020
Chinese rail passengers already zip between cities on trains traveling three times faster than the average train in the States, and a 217-mph line linking Wuhan and Guangzhou will soon be the fastest train on Earth. But not content with screaming-fast trains linking cities within its borders, China now plans to extend its high-speed network all the way to London with a rail line that will fly through 17 countries at speeds reaching 200 miles per hour.
The project calls for the construction of three lines, hopefully by 2020: the first will link London's King's Cross Station to Beijing and take approximately two days to traverse the entire stretch (it will then continue on down to Singapore). A second line will connect China with Southeast Asian nations like Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia. The third line will link Germany and Russia, crossing Siberia to terminate, of course, in China.
How is China getting 17 nations on board with such an ambitious -- and expensive -- project? For starters, they're offering to pick up the tab. China will build the infrastructure in exchange for rights to natural resources in the nations that benefit from the high-speed links. So China gets timber, minerals, oil, gas, etc. as well as a fast, efficient means to pipe them to cities within its borders, and smaller, sometimes isolated nations (here's looking at you, Burma) get a high tech, high speed connection to the greater global economy.
Meanwhile, in the U.S. we can't get federal, state and local bureaucracies to agree on funding for a much slower link between Chicago and St. Louis, and San Francisco to L.A. in less than three hours feels like a distant dream.
Be careful!
Wired has a neat little article that talks about something I really don’t see mentioned on all those “social media” Web sites: what happens when you want to move your data from Site A to Site B? It’s a by-product of moving more and more of our data to cloud-based services:do we retain ownership of our data, and if so, what’s the best way to take that data back?
A simple example: you upload all of your photos to Flickr so that your friends and family can marvel at all of your cool photos. Fair enough, good for you. A year goes by and you want to take all those photos you uploaded and move them to Some Other Site. Does Flickr make it easy to export these photos to another site, or make it easy to bulk download the raw, untouched photos? You can, but it’s not easy.
The same goes for any other cloud service that you upload data to (so, not like a Zune Marketplace where you’re essentially renting access to on-demand music): you want to be able to easily move your text documents, spreadsheets, and other such important stuff when you want, where you want.
The sense in hosting your important data on someone else’s servers, especially when storage space is so cheap these days, can be debated. After all, who uploads their photos to Flickr then deletes the orignial files from your local hard drive? That sounds like a recipe for disaster.
There really wasn’t a point to this, per se, just to remind y’all to be careful with your data and where you remotely store it. It may be convenient to be able to log into Cool Document Site Dot Com from anywhere in the world, but what happens if they go out of business, or if their servers are stolen by aliens?
Coming Back From the Holidays!

How to Get Back to Work
The holidays are nice: we take off some time, eat some great food and generally get a break from the grind of freelancing. But the holidays don’t last forever. It can be tempting to fall into a holiday routine that keeps going well after the last present is opened, perhaps even after Auld Lang Syne is sung. Enjoyable as it might be, that routine won’t keep clients too happy.
Sooner or later, we have to get back to work. We have to readjust to the schedules and workflows that keep us productive during those parts of the year when we’re not celebrating. Getting back to those routines can be difficult, but it is possible.
Jump Back into Your Routine
Many freelancers know what their ideal routine is already — we don’t need to build new routines after the holidays end. We just need to get back into those good habits we had before we started on this year’s holiday season. It’s like going to the gym: it’s not necessarily as enjoyable as the alternative, but the easiest way to start going to the gym after a long break is simply to go.
Don’t worry about finding the perfect starting point. It’s easy to get in the mindset that we have to start back to work on a Monday or we really can get back to work until all the decorations are put away, but the fact of the matter is that the right time to start getting back to work is right now.
It can take some time to get back in the habit of working, so don’t worry about getting entirely back into your routine today. Just do what you can today, do a little more tomorrow and shortly you’ll be back up to speed.
Get Out of the House
If you work from home, it can be especially hard to get back to work. There may be new toys to play with, relatives still home on winter break and leftovers begging to be eaten. Heading out can provide a break from the pressures that can keep you distracted. Even an hour or two at a local coffee shop can provide an atmosphere different enough to let you get some work done. This may be the right time to try out a new co-working space or check out what facilities your local library offers.
The alternative can be to change up your work space at home: if you’ve got anyone home for the holidays while you’re trying to work, getting them out of the house may be more helpful than leaving yourself. It doesn’t have to be an all day affair — sending an adult with vacation time to a movie or a kid off from school to a play date may be just enough of a break.
If the distraction is less a matter of the people around you and more about the holiday routines you’ve settled into and now need to break, cleaning out and reorganizing your office may provide a way to break up your calendar. You’ll probably need to start thinking about details like tax preparation soon: while gathering the records for such tasks may not be as fun as celebrating, it doesn’t always feel as taxing as an assignment for a client.
Enjoy the New Year
It’s easy for clients to come back from the holidays bursting with energy and new ideas — along with hopes for fast turn-arounds. Whether or not you can match that enthusiasm, it can be an important factor in how fast you get back to work. You’ve got a year of opportunity in front of your, chances to grow your freelance business and take on new projects. Getting back to work doesn’t have to be a question of drudgery: if you’ve got goals in mind for the new year, along with a project or two of your own that has you excited, you may be able to move faster on getting back into the swing of things.
ThinkGeek Giveaway: Star Trek Interactive Tribbles

There is no doubt that freelancing–particularly the sector made up by developers–attracts a large number of lonely nerds. We’re hoping that this Christmas we can help take away some of your loneliness by pandering to your nerdy side. Today’s giveaway is a Star Trek Interactive Tribble from ThinkGeek:
“These tribbles, when they’re not busy being cute and purring, were prodigious breeders. As one country-doctor once quipped, “Well, the nearest thing that I can figure is that they’re born pregnant – which appears to be quite a time-saver!” In fact, their ability to multiply is so incredible, they can fill an entire cargo hold in three days – that’s one million, seven-hundred seventy-one thousand, five hundred sixty one tribbles… assuming one tribble with an average litter of ten producing a new generation every twelve hours. That’s some impressive breeding, right there. It would make any man want to high-five any tribble, except tribbles don’t have arms.”
Murah & Mahal

Beri pilihan… murah & mahal
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English
Satu lagi cara menduplikasikan keuntungan perniagaan anda!

Give options ... cheap & expensive
Give options to your customers.
If your product is expensive, options give you a cheap version of the product.
If your product is cheaper, give you options in the product package with other products to make it expensive.
On the Internet, often use this technique in which a service is given some space in the price, eg: Bronze package (cheap), Silver package (medium) and the Gold package (expensive).
This technique is often used in non-business Internet, example-package mobile payment "talk time" from companies such as Maxis, Digi and Celcom.
These options provide, not only to attract those who can not afford to buy the product by providing a version lebihy cheap, but you also attract those who can afford "upgrade" their services in the space kan a higher price.
Another way to duplicate your business profits!
1 Hour a Week

Satu jam seminggu
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English

One hour a week
Those who succeed financially are those that take a long time monitor and review their financial situation. Although before reaching any financial success.
How long you give yourself to monitor your financial situation every week?
Stirred habits give at least 1 hour each week to stop and check your current financial situation.
Many of us like "shame" to sit down and monitored by our current financial situation as "afraid" to see the financial situation does not permit.
Those who want to succeed in finance must put a special time at least one hour each week to see their own financial position.
Idea and Holidays..

Idea hebat ketika cuti…
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English
Jikalau anda mendapati diri anda terlalu sibuk dengan kerja harian dan kurang menjanakan idea perniagaan- take a break!

Great idea when holiday ...
Great ideas often come from independent individuals in their daily tasks and have time to think-no meetings, phone calls, meet with customers and business activities other.
From time to time, release time from your business to think and find ideas on how you can melipatkali double your business profits.
I have a friend tailors batik clothes every day busy with sewing and no time to think how he can expand his business. Until one day he decided to take a holiday from work daily to think about generating new ideas only.
The next day, he got the idea-of-batik cloth excess coil after the cut from the cloth, he got the idea of using excess fabric into batik, and tie sold!
If you find yourself too busy with daily work and less business-generating ideas take a break! Stop-only holidays to think it will change your life!
Beri je!...

Jadi seorang pemberi!
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English
“Be a giver and not a taker” kata pepatah Mat Salleh.

Be a Giver!
"Be a Giver and not a taker" said Mat Salleh saying.
Which means for you to think before you give to receive. It is natural law, what you give and taburkan, you will receive.
One way you can be sure many people will help you to succeed, it is with you help others to succeed.
For example, if you meet a new contact. And the contact identified to you as a businessman / women and give bisnesnya card to you, you can ask,
"How can I help you to get customers?"
Once you get the answer, try to think in your contact list, there is not anyone that meets the characteristics as the prospects for a new contact you just now. And you can introduce your contact to this new contact you.
This one technique alone will be able to impress a new contact and you say you get more customers (and other contacts) referral through your new contacts!
Buang Masa Ke?

Buang masa sahaja membaca buku
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English
Tak kira berapa banyak buku kita baca, sekiranya kita tak aplikasikan apa yang dibaca, tak guna juga. ZERO. Tiada pulangan.
WAJIB!

Remove the time to read books
No matter how many books we read, if we apply what I read, I also use. ZERO. No returns.
For me, remove the time I read if I did not apply what is read
I'm sure after reading a book, at least I will apply 3-4 ideas immediately. IT IS!
As the book "Business the Richard Branson Way", which I finished reading the new few days ago, I began application and have seen a return P;)
So remember ... there are people that hard to read, but not do anything. There is also a little reading, but continued to apply what is learned to get returns.
In this case, who read a little more profit folding times.
Imagine if you read a lot, and application is also a lot ... really no reason to fail!
Membaca!

Language Bahasa Malaysia and English
Tanamkan sikap membaca. Leaders are readers!

Read ... do not read
Stirred attitude reading. Leaders are readers!

Everything starts with reading only 1 hour a day, and you will become your industry within 3 years from now!
Sikap Anda!

Sikap penentu segala
Language Bahasa Malaysia and English

Attitude determines all
If there is only one element to changed in ourselves to achieve success, these elements are ATTITUDE or SIKAP.
By changing the attitudes themselves (internal), it will change our success (external). Our attitude towards work, time, money, success, around people, knowledge and so forth.
"All who are successful now, at one time decided to be more serious in achieving success. Results for the more serious by itself will change our attitude in any field."
Those who successfully instill the attitude that hard work, important & returns. While those who did not grow like the attitude of doing the simple, important and not always to release stress.
85%

Saya pasti anda kenali multi-millionaire Robert Kiyosaki.

85% of your success depends on others
85% of your success depends on the people around you, know that you get from other people and contacts you.
I'm sure you know multi-millionaire Robert Kiyosaki. In one temuramahnya, Kiyosaki said that his wish to become very rich, so he along with billionaires!
Similarly motivator Anthony Robbins says his merapati those of the more successful and more motivated than himself.
In determining the circle of your contacts, you must select a few.
Does not mean not friends with some people! However, their approach is more successful than you, read the stories of those who successfully apply and what can be learned from the circle of your successful contacts.
Once again I repeat the statistics ... 85% of your success depends on others. Therefore, specify who "others" is!

Efek Pengiklanan

Efektif dalam pengiklanan
Language : Bahasa Malaysia and English
Ambil masa tetapi efektif

Effective advertising
When advertising your business, the most effective way is to increase medium-medium ad.
Means, do not concentrate on only as a way to distribute leaflets only. Use diverse methods such as leaflets, business cards, posters, newspaper ads, magazine ads and if can be the Internet, radio, tv and blog too!
It is more effective way to diversify advertising within 2-3 months compared with a way to focus only on advertising year-round!
Take your time, but effective
Caution: Blogging Lawsuits Ahead!
By: Carol Tice
from :blog.entrepreneur.com

Every marketing expert you've ever met has probably encouraged you to start a blog on your website to help drive traffic and get your company site good search rankings. But be warned that you'll want to watch what you say on both your own and others' sites, as new laws governing online speech took effect last week.
Why should you care if you shoot your mouth off on the internet? Because the rules of defamation and slander apply to what you write online just as they do to newspaper articles or any other form of speech, notes New York City attorney Nina Kaufman of Ask The Business Lawyer. Folks are getting sued for making up lies about people online, and they're getting hit with big fines, too.
Besides the longstanding rule--don't say things that aren't true--what are the new rules?
1. Bloggers who are paid or receive free products in exchange for product reviews must disclose that fact in their blog.
2. If an endorser in an online ad approved one formula of your product but you changed the formula or introduced a new version, the endorser must be asked to approve the new one--you can't just keep on using their image to promote your products.
3. In the past, you could show one person who got amazing results with your product and make it all good with the disclaimer "results not typical." Now that's history. Ads have to show typical results for your product.
For more, read the Federal Trade Commission's fact sheet about the new laws. And blog safe, everybody.
