Beri senyuman ketika berniaga, . Ia akan melembutkan hati pelanggan anda. Sekiranya pelanggan tiba kekedai anda, berikan senyuman. Apabila pelanggan membeli produk atau perkhidmatan anda, berikan senyuman. Apabila pelanggan beredar dari kedai anda, berikan senyuman dan ucapkan "Sila Datang Lagi". Sudah pasti, mereka akan kembali ke kedai anda tidak lama lagi.


Senyuman juga bukan sahaja apabila bersemuka. Di telefon juga, berikan senyuman. Ini adalah kerana, pelanggan anda dapat “mendengar” senyuman tersebut dan akan merasakan anda adalah peniaga yang mesra.


Cuma, perniagaan Internet sahaja tidak perlu senyum. Nanti apa pula orang kata apabila melihat anda tersengih-sengih di depan komputer! Crazzzyyy!!!
